This Return Policy applies to our paid, self-paced online courses, currently:

The EHV Academy membership itself is completely free to join. There is nothing to refund for the free Academy membership because there is never a charge for it. This policy applies only to the individual paid courses you may choose to purchase from inside the Academy or from our website.
Our 14-Day, Any-Reason Guarantee
Every paid course listed above comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason a course is not right for you, simply let us know within 14 days of your purchase date and we will give you a full refund. You do not need to give a detailed explanation, and you do not need to have completed the course to request a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at ttuinder@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the email address you used to purchase and the name of the course. We will confirm your refund by email and process it back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests made after the 14-day window has closed will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. We encourage you to reach out as early as possible if you have any concerns about a course.
